Description		Marketing Manager sought by award winning financial / banking organisation with HQ in Brentwood, Essex, Salary IRO �40K (negotiable) + benefits package The Role - Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing & maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives, to oversee all marketing communication both internal & external, lead brand management, advertising & promotional activity. The role will also involve managing 2 others in the marketing team, the Creative Executive and a Marketing Co-ordinator The Candidate- Will have at least 4 years experience in the marketing industry Proven team leading / management skills Project Management skills Appropriate marketing qualification Be strategically focussed & innovative Have an understanding of the mortgage market / financial services sector
