Description		Job Title: Nursing Care Co-ordinator Job Ref: B0740/4482 Location: Coventry Contract type: Permanent Start date: ASAP Salary: Dependent upon experience Medeeca Nursing is urgently seeking an experienced Nursing Care Co-ordinator to join our Clients care home situated in Coventry. Our fully private Clients require the applicant to understand the principles of health promotion and the disease process and apply these within their practice. They should also possess the knowledge of the long-term physical, psychological and social impact a specific diagnosis and treatment can have upon a client�s rehabilitation, their carer and family. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -To act in accordance with the NMC�s code of Professional Conduct for nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors, Guidelines for Professional Practice and other statutory instructions. -Membership of an organisation that provides individual professional indemnity insurance. -Function as a resource for staff within the Region regarding clinical issues in the absence of the Lead Nurse. -To acknowledge any limitations of competence and seek advice and support as necessary If you are interested in this role and would like to be put forward, please apply below.
