Description This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking with fresh food.

General Information

My client are looking for someone who is both a team player and can work on own initiative
You will already have had experience as a Chef de Partie with relevant qualifications.
Your duties in the main will be from Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
You will be working alongside 2 other chefs
Your role will include:

Providing breakfast, lunch and some hospitality, fine dining in the evenings.
Preparing food for service to the highest standard
As well as the above, you will

Be flexible
Be keen to learn
Have the enthusiasm and fire to develop within the company
Be self motivated
Have great ideas to bring to the kitchen.
