Description		RELIEF CHEF * RELIEF SOUS CHEF * RELIEF HEAD CHEF * KENT Are you a reliable relief chef living in Kent and looking for work to pay for Christmas? Do you have experience cooking large volume? Would you like the chance to earn a good hourly rate and work 50 hours plus per week? If you have answered with a big fat �YES' to these questions, it is quite possible we will be able to help you out! We are looking for reliable chefs at a minimum of head chef / sous chef level to help the team at a very busy conference centre near Margate in Kent. You will be required to work alongside the Head Chef and existing kitchen team, providing first class, seasonal food for the many banquets and party nights that have already booked with them. We are able to provide menus for the chefs who will be working this assignment � we are looking for 2 or possibly 3 chefs at head chef, sous chef or perhaps even at strong chef de level. You won't need to use too much imagination to figure out that Turkey with all the trimmings plays a big part ! There is a very slim possibility of accommodation for the course of this temporary assignment but it would be preferable for the chefs to live in the local area and commute in each day.
