Royle Recruitment, founded in 1966, was one of the first recruitment agencies in York.

We are a family business who have been putting skilled people into commercial, technical and professional positions for over 40 years. Our aim is to be friendly, helpful and always approachable to both clients and candidates.

We supply local businesses as well as filling vacancies across the UK for multinational companies. We have an honest recruitment process and don't advertise fake jobs to collect as many candidates as possible. Strict vetting, candidate skills assessments and one-to-one interviews help us get to know our applicants in depth.
