Refuse Collector's required in Esher for an on-going contract in around the area paying £5.75-£6.50 per hour.
Successful candidates will go out with a team on the Dust Carts collecting the refuse from a specific round that will have been set out for you. You will be working from either 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
You will also need safety boots and warm clothes as the work will be outside.

To support their client team member to ensure agreed client service levels are met.
To follow technical processes and procedures and controls including peer review.

Previous client facing experience

Previous experience of working within a a process driven environment
Previous experience of working to tight deadlines
Previous experience of creating and manipulating data via Excel/Access

Our client, the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of eyewear is looking to recruit an experienced warehouse supervisor used to handling all day to day activities associated with a busy and growing warehouse operation supplying into both the UK and export retail markets. The successful candidate will be service level focussed with strong man management, work scheduling and computer based warehouse management systems (WMS) skills.
This role is an interesting and varied one involving supervision, hands–on implementation, input and support covering the following areas with two other members of the supervision team:
•Supervising a team of permanent and seasonal warehouse staff
•Assisting with the training, mentoring and motivation of an ethnically diverse workforce
•Forming and maintaining good working relationships with internal departmental customers
•Forming and maintaining good working relationships with other operations support staff
•Task scheduling and day to day running of section operations
•Liaison with incoming freight operators
•Supervision of goods inward and put-away operations
•Supervision of picking, value added service and packing operations
•Supervision of dispatch operations
•Liaison with outgoing freight operators
•Supervision of sale or return (SOR) operations
We believe that the position requires an experienced individual with a sound general business understanding preferably gained within a supply chain environment delivering into the retail market. The successful individual will be customer service focused (internal and external) and ideally will have experience of fashion products.
The job relies heavily on knowledge and ability to use computer systems which will become more critically linked into the warehouse activities. The Company currently operate an INFOR System21 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment running on IBM i-series platform. Knowledge of this or a similar system environment will be essential.
