Based out of Tripoli and within a team of roughly 40 or so ex-pat project staff, you will be working closely with the client on various asset upgrades across the country.

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic Planning Engineer to work throughout the bidding and negotiating stages on building schemes. The role is working predominantly at tender stage, although the successful candidate will occasionally need to go to site to update, etc. You will be expected to create detailed tender programmes, attend client meetings, liaise with senior management, update, monitor and create reports based on occasional schemes on site, etc. Experience of modern building solutions would also be an advantage, i.e. timber frames, offsite fabrication, etc.
Rather than just someone producing programmes, our client are also looking for an individual who is looking at ways of improving services (i.e. constantly looking at angles to better projects and improve relationships with clients). Contract Recruitment Consultant - Reading Berkshire
Basic Salary to £26K dependent on experience, Yr 1 OTE £35K, Yr 2 OTE £50k+ (uncapped)

Responsibilities
• To work within our existing contract team developing you own specialist contract market in a sector we already supply extensively to on a permanent basis
• Generate the right mix of candidates, new and repeat business that delivers a profitable mix of business in line with agreed targets
• Management of the recruitment process from start for finish
• To deliver compelling and professional proposals to that generate profitable business
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and processes and external regulations and legislation
• Take ownership in line with your Manager for your own personal development and the coaching and development of colleagues where required
• Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of your market and key commercial trends

Senior Consultant / Recruitment Consultant – (Perm or Contract background)

Project Resource Ltd is a privately owned self funding business, well known in our market we have a great client base but we are only touching the surface in terms of our vertical market offering to our sector.
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting at the start of a five year growth plan to expand the number of vertical markets we supply and are setting the foundations in place to enable us to reach our medium term goals.
This position is a chance for a solid performer to get in at the beginning of this cycle, we are looking for someone who can prove themselves as a consultant and become credible within our business, ultimately leading to career progression. This job is to establish a contract market place working opposite a team of permanent consultants.
The Market
We specialise in the civil engineering and construction industry, which covers everything from rail, utilities, power generation/energy, airports, housing etc. Whatever is being built, upgraded or maintained will require commercial people who are responsible for costing and accounting for the projects. You candidates could be responsible for projects which run into hundreds of millions of pounds in value, your clients will be Senior Managers and Directors.
The daily rates for contractors in this market are generally from £250 - £400 per day.
This market offers huge scope for initial billing and as the primary consultant on this market in our reading office it offers excellent potential for career progression, as our Reading office covers the south of England and London.

Project Resource is a, dynamic recruitment company that specialises in the supply of professional staff to the civil engineering, and construction industries. We are heavily involved in the supply of resources to the rail, utilities and infrastructure sector.
We have offices in Reading and Solihull, and as a result of a continued expansion of our operations we have an urgent need for Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our existing team of experienced Recruitment Consultants.
The position will be suited to someone who really wants to join a challenging busy team, with a reputation for quick results and 1st rate service.
The Role
This is not for the faint hearted; whilst the role is for Junior Recruitment Consultant, which is an entry into the recruitment world this should be seen as a development opportunity, with the scope for promotion within 12 months
We want to hear from applicants who have some recruitment experience.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Proactive generation of candidates by telephone and email canvassing;
Management of the recruitment process for the candidate from start to finish;
Development of the existing candidate database by networking current relationships;
Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums (you must possess high levels of literacy);
Development of your own candidate market by proactively canvassing and networking the candidates that operate in your given market.
