Yard Manager – Cranes & Heavy Plant – Norfolk £40-50K
My client specialise in the hire and sale of tower cranes throughout the UK and Internationally.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a yard manager at our site in Norfolk.
The role will comprise essentially to undertake the supervision of the yard and all staff/people in its capacity.
This will involve overseeing engineering, clerical and other works.
A background within cranes or heavy plant fabrication is essential as the candidate must have a firm understanding of the operational side of heavy crane/plant construction.
A qualification within this sector would be of a distinct advantage.
The candidate ideally will have a mixture of mechanical and electrical expertise/experience as this role closely involves both.
The candidate must be familiar with the inner workings of a workshop, safety procedures and best working practices.
This role would suit a candidate who has been in a yard foreman or yard manager position before, it is a challenging site which will need 110% dedication.
We will consider applications for people either locally, within commutable distance or willing to relocate but they must have a background managing or supervising people from within heavy plant, cranes or lifting.
Package

Business Development Manager – OTE £40k – Water Filtration

The role
You will be Sourcing new growth opportunities across the commercial environment, presenting a new range of water filtration elements, selling predominantly to water quality outlets, distributors and organisations.
You will be on the road presenting to all levels of decision makers and influencers.
You will also be managing an existing client base maintaining industry relationships for ongoing business growth opportunities, with an element of client activities outside of work hours.
