m2r Ltd first opened its doors on the 28th February 2001 by me, Munir Mamujee. Using the knowledge I had gained throughout my career I set about creating a recruitment consultancy that really listened to the needs of the client and candidate and not just 'shoehorning' for the sake of it. Having started the company from scratch I fully appreciate the time and effort required when recruiting staff and therefore myself and my team aim to make the process as stress free as possible for all concerned. The journey over the past years has not been without its challenges but it certainly has been enjoyable! We have a stable team and office environment which is certainly beneficial when going about our daily routine.

We are solely focussed on b2b sales, our portfolio is very well established and growing all the time but we always ensure that we meet the needs of the candidates and clients, who are ultimately, our lifeblood. Our clients range from SME's to national / international organisations across the whole of the UK, we deal at all levels and ensure complete confidentiality at all times.

Recently we have begun to service clients outside of the UK and are establishing ourselves within the Middle East. We now have clients throughout the GCC and we are regular vistors to the region. We are totally committed to this new venture now have a partner office in Dubai. We are not in the habit of just paying lip service to our clients!

Our global network is spreading, as well the the Middle East we have established a partner company in Sydney, Australia and are looking at other major areas also. Exciting times ahead!!
